- All returns require a "Return Authorization Number" (RMA), please contact customer support to get a RMA and the return shipping address.
- All returns request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
- All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
Rules and Restrictions
- Returns for all applicable merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and in good condition with tags attached.
- When shipping a return, you must include the the original packing list (be certain to save copies for your records).
- Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 7 days will be credited in the original tender, if accompanied by original sales receipt. after 7 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date, with the original receipt and will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, immediately contact us to return the item. Check "Damaged/Defective" when indicating the reason for your return and provide comments if necessary. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit.
To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part.
